Zalfi is a telehealth practice. There is no clinic to visit and no waiting room — appointments happen by secure video wherever you are in Indiana, where insurance allows.

    Indianapolis, Greenwood, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Bloomington, Fort Wayne, Evansville, South Bend and everywhere between.

  • What you need

    A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, and somewhere private to talk. We send a secure link before each visit.

  • Hours

    Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. One phone number for scheduling, billing and questions.
